How do we choose a company T-shirt — what weight is best?

Choosing a T-shirt by weight depends on the use. For everyday company wear we recommend 170 - 190 g/m² (B&C #E190 or Stanley/Stella Crafter). For promo runs, customer samples, and higher volumes, Gildan Softstyle or FOTL Iconic around 150 g/m² is enough. For durability and a heavyweight feel, Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton. Exact weight is listed on every product.

Do you offer kids' sizes?

Yes, Gildan 5000B and Gildan 64000B (Softstyle) come in kids' sizes. Useful for family days, kids' camps, and merch packs for employees' families.

What's the difference between men's, women's, and unisex fits?

Unisex has a relaxed cut that works for a whole team without size juggling. Women's fits (Gildan 5000L, 64000L, B&C TW04T) are tapered at the waist and shorter in length. Most styles let you order all variants in the same design.

How large a design can I print?

The print area on chest and back is typically around 33 × 40 cm, sleeves are smaller. Exact dimensions for each product are shown in the online designer with a real-time preview.

What artwork and file format should we use for the logo?

For your logo and artwork, PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is the safest option. We also support JPG and SVG. Vector formats (SVG, AI) give the cleanest result for the print design because they scale without losing quality.

What's the production turnaround and delivery time?

Production turnaround is 3 business days from the order — because we produce to order, you don't need to worry about stock availability or whether a T-shirt is currently in stock. After production we ship; domestic delivery is free over 3 000 Kč and delivery time then depends on the carrier.

Do you offer volume discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. We offer volume discounts on larger orders. The exact terms depend on the products and quantity — send us a no-obligation quote request and within 24 hours we'll come back with an individual quote tailored to your order.

Will the print survive repeated washing?

Yes. DTG print with pigment inks bonds directly into the cotton, so it doesn't crack like screen printing can. Wash inside out at max 40°C, no fabric softener, no tumble dry — the print holds color through dozens of cycles.

Can I order samples?

Yes, you can order one or more samples at the regular price. For larger orders we recommend testing weight, fit, and print quality on a single piece first.

How do we handle sizes for the whole team?

Use a group order. Share a link with colleagues and each person picks their own size, color, and fit. No collecting sizes in spreadsheets or email threads.

What printing technology do you use?

We print with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) using water-based pigment inks. The ink soaks directly into the cotton fibers — unlike screen printing or hand-pulled screen printing, where the color sits on top of the fabric, and unlike transfer printing, digital transfers, or sublimation printing, where the design is applied through a film. DTG handles photorealistic full-color prints with any number of colors in a single design and makes sense even for single-piece runs, where screen printing wouldn't be economical. Embroidery, patches, reflective film, 3D puff, and print-and-embroidery combinations are not currently part of what Bontee offers — at the moment we focus on DTG digital printing, where we can guarantee the highest quality across single-piece and bulk production.

Do you offer sustainable and eco-friendly T-shirts?

Yes. For brands that care about material origin, we offer three GOTS-certified organic models: Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 (180 g/m²), EarthPositive EP01, and B&C Inspire (TM042). All use 100% certified organic cotton from natural materials and are produced under Fairtrade conditions. You'll find sustainable T-shirts in the catalog under the "Organic" quality filter — a fit for brands with ESG goals or a sustainable identity.

Can we add a custom neck label (woven or printed) or branded details?

Yes, you can add a custom neck label (woven or printed textile label) with your logo or brand information to the order. We prepare labels on request — send us a non-binding inquiry and we'll come back with specific options and pricing.

Do you offer other company apparel beyond T-shirts?

Yes. Alongside company T-shirts, the catalog includes hoodies, bags, and caps — branded apparel for merch packs, onboarding kits, and gift sets. The same design can be ordered across products so the whole set feels consistent. For larger volumes, orders are pooled together and volume discounts apply. Specialized workwear — hospitality or hi-vis clothing — isn't something Bontee does; we focus on branded apparel for company communication and marketing.

What if I want to return, exchange, or report an issue with a T-shirt?
