What is a group order?

One custom apparel order for several people. You pick the products and upload the design, share a link, and everyone chooses their own size and color. At the end you review the order and pay once.

Do participants need to sign up?

No. They open the link, enter a name and email, and choose. No password, no account.

The organizer, once, after the deadline, for everything chosen at once. Participants never pay on Bontee; if you're splitting the cost, that's between you.

How many people can join?

As many as you like. A group order works for five people or five hundred.

Can I offer several products at once?

Yes. A T-shirt and a hoodie with the same design, for example. Everyone picks one, or both.

What if someone misses the deadline?

You can reopen a closed order and give latecomers a few more days. And while it's open, anyone can change their pick at any time.

How does delivery work?

Three options: everything to one address, to each person's own address, or a mix: whoever wants enters their own address, the rest get their parcel through you.

When does the parcel arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. A group order goes into production as soon as you confirm and pay after the deadline.

Will participants see prices?

Up to you. You can show them or hide them, for example when the company is paying.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, any time before payment. Until you complete the order, it costs you nothing.

Sound familiar?

"Post your sizes in the comments"

Forty messages, three people forget, and one replies "normal".

The spreadsheet nobody fills in

You share the link, five out of thirty fill it in, and you chase the rest in person.

"I wanted an M, not an L"

You guess sizes for other people. And when it doesn't fit, it's your fault.

One link takes all of that off your plate.

How a group order works

Choose products and add your design

Pick T-shirts, hoodies, or other products from the catalog and upload your design.

Set up the order

Choose the delivery method, set the deadline, and decide which products and colors people can choose from.

Invite participants

Send the link to your team, group, or community. Everyone chooses their own size and color without needing an account.

Review and place the order

Once the deadline passes, review the selections and send everything to production.

Two sides of one order

You set it up, everyone else picks. Nobody collects anything.

You as the organiser

1
Pick products and upload your design
T-shirts, hoodies, bags, several at once if you like. One design goes on all of them.
2
Share the link
In the group chat, on the notice board, or by email. You can send invitations straight from Bontee.
3
Pay once everyone has chosen

Your group

1
Opens the link
No sign-up, no password, works on a phone. Just a name and an email.
2
Picks a size and color
They see the product with your design on it. Anyone who wants can add another piece.
3
Done
They pay nothing and sort out nothing. You see their pick immediately.

Try it. Now, no sign-up.
